Hi Russell!
You have some of the coolest events in Austin!  I think if I didn't love Sacramento so much, I might like it there...althought I might have to leave my rain-loving husband in Seattle!

Hello Russell.....yes it is about time, you're giving us bloggers a bad name by working so darn diligently ;-)  This sounds like quite the event for such an insignificant donation.  I got the minimum part but obviously this event doesn't want to exclude anyone......big kudos for that.  ENJOY!!!

Russell the event was such a success and was well attended and received. I am proud of AvenueOne for sponsoring such an excellent event!

Hey Russell, Carla sent out this info in an email. It was a real success!

I wanted to take a minute and give a sincere thank you to all who have supported this lecture series. We had a fabulous turnout last night with 152 guest!!!!  The feedback is extraordinary so far. The Dean of the School of Architecture was there and was so enthusiastic about what we have brought to the architectural community and how we are sharing the Gardens and building which he designed years ago.  This could not have been possible without AvenueOne underwriting the series and lending credibility.

Russell, AvenueOne is such a good environment and company and it's dedication to this kind of event shows the quality and caliber of the agents and brokers. Keep on blogging and selling homes my friend!

Hi Russell, i tried to leave a comment on your new team blogand then again on your Good life in Austin Texas blog but it kept sending me a notice that it was a problem. Anyway, I thought I would check in here and let you know that! I think that AvenueOne is the finest quality R.E. company in Austin. Of course I am prejudiced because you did such a fantastic job representing me selling my home. Talk to you soon!

Hi Russell, thank you for taking care of some of my business while I was away. As promised I am checking out your blog! It looks good and you need to teach the group more about this whole blogging thing!

Architecture at the Umlauf is a wonderful event that has generated a lot of good will in the community both for the architects who participate and the beautiful Umlauf Sculpture Garden too. Carla and Scott have done a fabulous job!

Wow! Thanks to all for dropping by, I have been incredibly busy...to busy to post but can finally catch up on comments!

Gary I have also been a fan and it's been an interesting experience having a venue for the different architects to explain and discuss their work for some good sized audiences

Hi Cynthia I have  just been too busy but have several ideas that I will post soon.

Paula That's pretty funny, a "rain loving husband" but I am sure he is a keeper! We do have an incredibly interesting city and there really is something for everyone!

Lisa you would really enjoy this event, the food is always great and is catered by a different company each time and the Sculpture Garden is quite beautiful and impressive too!

Dale It is so good to see you. I have been very busy and as you say, it's good to have business. I need to visit your blog soon and see what you have been up to!

Hi BetinaI was there and was going to post about the infamous "Team Rasta" but just got too busy!

Hi GAIL!It is a very cool event and because the Umlauf donates the venue (it's an excellent way to build an audience and new patrons) and AvenueOne  with Carla & Scott do the legwork it is a very reasonable price and helps with the costs while allowing everyone to attend. It has become quite a great draw! Good to see you again!

Jeannette I am also proud to be a part of such a high quality organization!

Anne As a fellow aisle mate, I have to agree that we have the best quality people at a first rate company!!

Lynne Thanks for dropping by and also for the heads up. I have been trying to promote my outside blog more these days so will follow up on that glitch! Talk to you soon!

I love the Umlauf Sculpture Garden, It like a really cool Oasis in the middle of the city and it's right next door to Zilker and Barton Springs pool. What a neat place to have this event and I am happy that AveOne is the sponsor of one of the most creative events of this type in Austin!
