$14.6 million dollars will be coming into Dorchester County, compliments of the federal government.  The county has decided to use the funds to allow for an early completion of the Berlin G. Myers Parkway.  Currently the parkway ends near Bacons Bridge Road, the money will be used to extend the parkway an additional 2.5 miles so that it connects with 17A southwest of Orangeburg Road. Click Here to Read More.
