I'm a little suprised, and disappointed that I didn't have an offer on this one within the first couple of days! It's located in a fabulous neighborhood that features 3 lakes, 9 duck ponds, and great walking paths. We priced it competitively, considering it's got new teak wood floors, and a ton of recent upgrades.

PG&E stands for Pacific Gas and Electric! Around here, that's the only name for electricity!
