Sun City Mesquite is an active adult golf course community for 50 - 55 plus residents in Mesquite Nevada. HOA fees of $120 per month include use of all Recreation features of this popular age restricted subdivision. Pulte Del Webb has created many beautiful walking trails and parks for the use of Sun City Mesquite residents and their guests.
These walking trails and parks are situated throughout Sun City Mesquite, with views of the desert, mountains and mesas. Sun City active residents can use the paths for walking through the subdivision to Sun City Mesquite Pioneer Recreation Center. Many residents have a golf cart that they use to go the the recreation area, putting greens, tennis courts or other amenities that come with their home.
Sun City Mesquite is pet friendly, too! Dogs need to be kept on a leash while out of your yard - all of the walking paths, sidewalks and parks are great places to take your dog for a walk. Pet stations are located in most of the small parks with plastic bags and garbage cans to drop the little package in.
I have taken many buyers to the Sun City Showroom and models with pets along - we were greeted at the front desk with doggie bones :)
Unlike so many Nevada builders who use every available space for houses, Sun City Mesquite has preserved much of the desert landscape and rough terrain, including cactus plants, trees, gulleys and natural washes which enhance the views throughout the subdivision.
Winding through this Nevada mountain desert terrain is Sun City's own Conestoga Golf Course which was finished in fall 2009. There was a 'soft opening' for Sun City Mesquite residents in the fall of 2009, with the grand opening to the public on January 30 2010. Sun City residents will get a substantial discount on golf prices and preferred tee times - that will be a big bonus to residents in our busy Mesquite golf season.
