Women's Council of Realtors® is talking about social networking . . .

The Baltimore chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors® had it's monthly meeting this morning at the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors®. Social networking was one of the topics discussed today and Active Rain was among the short list of social networking sites. We were graced with the presence of Margaret Rome, who was referred to as the "GURU" of Active Rain. Actually, Margaret was the driving force for me joining last year because of her presentation at yet another WCR meeting. There were many success stories shared and this particular site got rave reviews from those in attendance who are currently on Active Rain.

So, here I am getting into the fold again. I tried blogging last year and received comments from my initial blog and then I just fell asleep at the wheel. Okay, I'm awake now.

Oh, by the way Susan Myszkowski and Marney Kirk did a phenomenal job!

I'm back on the blogging scene.

Will you be attending the MAR Annual Conference and Trade Show September 14-16 at the Roland E. Powell Covention Center? This will be my 3rd. year attending and it's gotten better and better each year. Oh, did I mention the theme is "The Future is Green"?

I recently took the NAR Green course in Frederick County, MD and I'll be able to advertise my GREEN designation.

Thanks Erica! I appreciate your support! I will be discussing more in depth at the next WCR meeting on May 21st, then teaching a full 1.5 CE credit course at GBBR on May 28th!!!
