-Inventory still on down slop but still high
-Number of new contracts is still climbing and is competing with 2005 and
2006
-Sales of All Types is charting like normal years and the numbers have
climbed into normal year status. BUT the sales numbers are bloated because
of large percentage of "Non-house" sales. 25.59% of all sales were
non-houses (condos & townhouses).
-Prices still dropping and back into the 2001-2002 range but probably down
due to the repos on sale at bargains. Don't figure we will know the "REAL"
values of houses until the huge inventory of troubled housing is off the
market and we have no data on repos.
