I know, I know. I am a custom homebuilder and not a real estate investor. But, if this keeps up, I will soon start calling myself an investor and quit building homes forever.
Got a new idea here. Besides buying residential and commercial shorts, and high end residential shorts, I am now working on another idea. What about bulk REO's? Anyone on AR rep for a bank on this type of property? I realize that with the Stimulus Deal there was some kind of govt gaurantee on these things, but I am guessing that some banks must still have quite a few sitting around.
