I know I know, This is the worst market I ever seen. I do not agree. My investors know in order to make this market work, we must buy low put more in to our rehabs and sell 10k under market on average. this alone has made this market a gold mine for some, but a bust for others. Do yourself a favor and find these investors and prep them for this market. Buy low, over deliver, and under price!! One of my investors finished his job six days ago and I have a full price offer. IN SIX DAYS!! Sell what you can sell,dont except these listings where the seller just is not motivated. Get out there a MAKE IT HAPPEN!!
