Today's Homebuyer

I came across some interesting statistics from the most recent Texas Realtor Magazine. Here's some insight about today's homebuyer:

•  41% of homebuyers considered buying a foreclosed home.  Only 4% did.

• 80% of homebuyers used a real estate agent (up seven points from last year).

• 29% is the percentage of homebuyers who learned about the home they purchased from the Internet

• 33% is the percentage of homebuyers who learned about the home they purchased from a real estate professional
