The day before you are scheduled to have an open house. Make about 50 flyer's and walk door to door with them introducing yourself and inviting the neighbors out to the open. This is a great way to brand yourself while marketing your listings. People actually get to meet you and ask you questions about the market and the listing in person.
You get to meet the neighbors ask them if they know anyone who wants to move in their neighborhood and you can actually get business this way. There is nothing like the in personal touch.
