After looking over some of the posts in the group, I just thought to say that Long Island has some of the most talented and brightest people in the Real Estate industry.
Great agents, stagers, and super photographers - not to mention bloggers!
With such a talented group, the market here on LI will be among the first to pick up. Guaranteed.
I heartily agree Marv. I was born and raised on Long Island but I spent 24 years in MD, near DC. Don't get me wrong, MD is a great place but I always missed LI! I moved back here in the Fall and brought my 17 son with me. I never looked back. I'm home and I love, and I love the people!

There's no place like home - and especially when it's as great as The Island. Sag Harbor is a great place. BTW, the photos you posted are great!
Do you work in the Hamptons mostly, or do you go "up island"? I'm lauching a program to jump-start sales activity that's going to be Island-wide, and perhaps we can work together. Let me know.
