It has just been a dreary cold week here in the north myrtle beach area, and i assuming on most areas on the East coast. Maybe its because Orlando went into Boston and took game 7 (which doesn't matter much anyway since they meet the Cavs in the next round in a playoff series where they have swept their first 2 opponents). Or maybe mother-nature is just playing a cruel little trick before a sweltering hot summer....either way its kinda wierd weather for may here in Myrtle Beach...
On the other hand, closings are coming through the door and we round the middle of the month off. Are you taking advantage? I mean seriously buyers that think these conditions are going to last forever are sadly mistaking I am afraid...haven't you ever heard the phrase "it won't last forever"? That applies to real estate in both seller and buyers markets.
