Folks the Beach is where it's at.  Just closed escrow on another great beach condo.  I have 1 currently listed.  I can personally tell you that as summer approaches and the weather gets nicer this is where you want to be buying and selling Real Estate.  The old saying Location,Location ,Location has never been more true than now.  With very few buyers and mass listings on the market one must go where the buyers feel Safe.  The Beach is always safe barring a Tsunami or natural disaster.   Their not making more Beach Property unless you live in Hawaii.  If you have the means now is the time to buy your property on or near the ocean.  Sellers are only going to be flexible for so long.  Once the media stops scaring the public on a daily basis, sellers will stiffen up and not be as giving as they are now.  When that happens beach property will yet again rise to new heights.
