Pending sales are up for the third month in a row across the country as people continue to buy and take advantage of market conditions and the $8,000 tax credit. Buyers who have not owned a home in the last 3 years are eligible for this credit and this benefit is set to expire in November 2009.
Hopefully this trend will continue and as it does the best deals will slowly fade as the market becomes more balanced. Some areas are already showing price stabilization.
