What a lovely home and all for only $89,000? What a deal.

Wow, what a price for living in South County!

Marlene, How are you? I hope you are knocking them silly in Orange County. Lynda tells me that if not sooner, I can expect to see you in November down here for NAR. I sent an e-mail to AR today to see if they wanted me to help with something creative for the AP party at NAR. I suggested the Hornblower Bay Cruise for the party. But I haven't heard if Seaworld is the destination ( an evening only for NAR and AR would be fun fun fun ) I could introduce the Shamu or something equally entertaining. The ZOO party area is also great fun but it would need a caterer and decorated and that costs a bundle. I have been invited to 6 dinner get togethers already so I will either be very FAT or need to combine these get togethers as one meal, LOL. I guess lots of people want to come to this NAR meeting so I am guessing AR needs to spring Big for the AR party. The hotel is so expensive , so for not much more we could do the Bay cruise.

Excuse me for getting all excited and forgetting to comment on the great new listing post. At the price, the fee might cover your trip here, LOL.
