Pennsylvania now has Reciprocity with Maryland

Receiving a Real Estate license in Maryland has just gotten simpler.  Reciprocity has been approved and is active between the states of Pennsylvania and Maryland.  Thus, a Pennsylvania licensee who is interested in obtaining a Maryland license has significantly fewer obstacles (i.e. testing) to clear in the process.  Maryland is now the eleventh state that has entered into a reciprocity agreement with Pennsylvania, joining among other neighboring states New York and West Virginia.  Unfortunately, there are no new developments regarding possible reciprocity with New Jersey or Delaware.
