You are invited! Please join us for a barbecue lunch, on the 8th of July, 2009, 11:30 to 1:00 (or if you stay to swim, even longer!). It will be pool side, and we have been invited to take a dip in the pool. So, bring the kids, bring your friends, bring your suits, and join us for some good old fashion summertime fun!

Lunch will be served, an All American favorite of hot dogs and hamburgers, including watermelon and ice cream. $5 for members, and $10 for non-members.

Our guest speaker will be Matt Tishingham of Banning-Lewis Ranch, and several of the six builders in the division. And as always, we will have door prizes.

How did I miss this!? Darn...Sounds like a lot of fun! I see from Twitter on the side there, that you missed the Tweet-up, so did I...Too busy, and it is slower than usual, how is that? P.S. Water heater fixed? P.P.S. Forgot to say, Congrats on finding a home for your buyer! I know it's been a long haul to here!

Hey Cheryl: I was going at 3:00 pm and at 4:30, Charlie tells me we have a hot water heater leak. Our son is our fix it guy and he had the kids with him that day, so Nana had to keep them out of the way. I cancelled, darn. I really need to quite chumping on evening engagements.

The NAHREP luncheon was really fun! Less speach-making, more networking. I did all the cooking...it was fun. Maybe you're not on my email list. I'll double check that. (I just checked, you weren't, but are now.)

We are closing tomorrow and we're still negotiating! We're negotiating the time we're closing. Arg! And this from the seller's that were going to "treat us with kid gloves" (their words, not mine) if we'd come back to them! Ha! The listor for this property is the guy that has Bethany's biggest competition, the one that's a foreclosure and listed for $125K less! I wish he get it moved.

Still no offers on Pine Creek Home, but getting twice the showings than University Park gets.
