The Shreveport Bossier City Louisiana real estate and housing market appears to be on a rebound.  A recent article in the Shreveport Times indicated that it is now a "seller's market."  In many aspects, this is welcome news for many that have weathered many months of a very sluggish real estate market.

Recent statistics reflecting the increased number of showings per listing also confirms that the worst may be over.  While there remains a very healthy inventory of available homes for sale in the Shreveport Bossier City La real estate market, homes in certain price ranges are in a greater demand.

The home below shows activity of 39 showings with the majority of the viewings within the last three (3) weeks.  That is very exciting data as it indicates that there are many buyers still looking for homes in the Shreveport Bossier City louisiana real estate market:

Many real estate companies in the Bossier City Shreveport LA housing market continue to provide an arsenal of information to buyers, sellers, and investors to assist them in navigating the process of buying and selling real estate in the Shreveport Bossier City Louisiana real and housing market.

Buyers are continuing to be urged to stop straddling the fence, make that all important decision to purchase a home now while there is still a healthy inventory of available homes, interest rates are extremely low, and the market to a degree is still in their favor.
