The Gretna Days events are filled with tons of fun!
The fireworks on Friday evening lasted for over 40 minutes! It was a fantastic fireworks show!
One of the best fireworks shows we have ever seen.
We had front row seats across the highway from the show.
Good company, good family, good fun.
I'm hearing about more and more communities donating their firework funds to charity. I'm glad you were able to enjoy your local festivties because as you said, they're great family fun!
The community had donation places so we could help with the costs and they had a fund raiser, as well as some businesses contributing. It was a community effort that was well done.

I'm always amazed by photos of fireworks - they last such a brief time and this lets us savor them.
Donna - Nice image of a great night. I am very familiar with your area as my father owned several small businesses along Hwy 6 in Ashland (about 1/2 way between Lincoln and Omaha). All the best.
