As the year started many where enthused by hopefully turn around of an economy that was in a death spiral since last summer, sub prime housing debacle, market deficiency, unemployment rates through the roof, and several billion dollars in commercial refinancing needed.

5.  Broker or Capital Source?? -- do not create the chain

6.  Veritility - be sure they can do all species of loans not just 1 breed
