One of the things we have always been impressed with at "The Pinnacles" on Mill St. is the fact that even though the security people know us well, we are not allowed entry unless we have the Owners permission.

a book, enjoy a drink with your friends or just relax. 
Each of the three buildings that make up "The Pinnacles" on Mill St. are individual condominium corporations, with their own management and reserve funds.
Everyone has their favourite building and the funny thing is, when we speak to an Owner in one of the buildings, they say theirs is the best.
