Pending Home Sales are UP! What does that mean for your business?

Services for Real Estate Pros with The Prescott Group

Pending Home Sales are UP! That's according to the National Association of Realtors®.

But I’m sure you already knew that.

Have you given thought to what that might mean for you?

Let’s see…you are a real estate agent, you sell homes, homes sales are up…so that will hopefully mean home sales are up in YOUR area as well…in which case you should be getting busier and busier with all of these homes that are selling like hot cakes!

Ok…well, one can dream right!

Regardless of whether your business is up or not, chances are you could use a virtual assistant to help with your business.

What do you need?

Maybe some marketing assistance so that all those home buyers will come seeking out your expertise?

Probably someone to help you get your listings on all the latest websites and social media sites so that all of those happy buyers will see them!

Definitely someone to help in one aspect or another of your business.

Give Tricia Allenson a call at The Prescott Group and see what services we can help you with. We have standard services, of course, but we can also customize to suit your individual needs.

Yes! It is exciting!  Home sales are up.  I hope I get busy enough to need a assistant, and virtual would be fine too!

Pending home sales are up- however in our area it is a long time before they close- They seem to malinger in pending for extended periods of time. However when the market does stabilize and sales become expedited considering an assist will be the first thing on my list. Thanks for the reminder.

The businesses of virtual assistants should be booming as real estate professionals get very busy in the very active market. Many listings in our area are attracting multiple contracts.

Thanks for the comments. Rising sales are good for everyone!  Real estate agents should feel some rain after a long dry spell. The nice thing about virtual assistance is that you can get it for a project or for a time without a long term commitment.

Of course, there is a lot to be said for having virtual assistants in place over the long haul to take over routine tasks. While you might hesitate to hire an onsite assistant for fear you might not have enough work or funds to sustain the relationship, you can get the virtual assistance services as needed.

If you want to find out more about how this works, give us a call or check out our new website at www.prescottgroup.us.

Thanks, Sash. It's a pleasure to spread the work about the market and about virtual assistance.
