I previously wrote a post on the Blackberry 8350i and the problems I was having.

I politely complained and complained to Sprint / Nextel about my problems with the phone. A realtor cannot live with continual dropped calls. Just as I was about to switch to a NEW carrier, some dear person at Sprint /Nextel connected me with the "retention" department. So earlier this they agreed for a "price" to send me two new phones on the Sprint Network. I got a red Blackberry 8330, of course in KW colors, and my husband took the titanium 8330. It has taken 2 days to move everything over to the Sprint side such as email addresses and the MMS icon. I never thought I could live without Push-to-talk, but I can and I now have Sprint TV and Sprint Music. So far the call clarity has been wonderful and I am experiencing very few dropped calls. No it isn't the PalmPre or the Bold but it is a damn good phone and so far it is the right phone for me. Sprint customer support has been excellent and they have gone out of their way to make me a happy customer for a price. But even though I had to sign a new 2-year agreement. I can sell those 2 8350i's on ebay for about what I am paying for these two new phones. Thank you Sprint.
