That’s right no credit score requirement. The debt vs income cannot exceed 41% ( DTI) to complete the loan.
The products offered are 30 year Fixed, 3/1 & 5/1 Arms. Eligible properties include 1-4 unit property, approved condo’s and PUD’s.
The property must be their primary residence to include evidence the borrower is qualified for a VA loan.
