Sources of Business allows you to enter your open and closed orders to track your business.
We have now added the ability for you to place a note or comment about a particular order and have made it easier to add contacts on the fly as your entering order.
A couple of points to remember
1) The order number must be a number -- delete any dashes or special characters when you enter your orders
2) Once you save your orders -- you will be prompted to send out a thank you for the opening or closing. The eCampaign called Solutions Open Order and Solutions Closed Order campaigns are those eletters that will be sent out to you that use the system. Make sure you edit the letters before you say yes to sending out the eletters.
