Here is what the market in Lamorinda looks like this week: Median home prices in Lafayette, Moraga and Orinda are really starting to stabilize and level, especially when you look at the trend lines over the last 90 days. As far as inventory levels, we really saw a spike in all 3 communities in June but inventory levels are beginning to level out again. What we always knew, is still true; homes that are priced well, are “move in ready” and in a great location will typically receive multiple offers.
