Looking for help to purchase a home; I'll be a single mom of 3 and my credit is not great (560). I have worked for the same company for 8 years and very dedicated to my job. Currently going to school at FTCC in the evenings for HR through the AMA with Barbara Armstrong-White. I have found a home in price range I could afford. I have one bank that would help and give loan but unable to come up with 20% down which would be 10,000. Not sure if you know of a program for me or not. But thanks for listening to me.
