Faster Sales, Bidding Wars & Multiple Offers are Back
As the national economy is finally showing signs of a recovery -- unemployment figures were down last week for the first time in 15 months, the stock market is trending back up, and the housing market is stabilizing - both President Obama and the Federal Reserve Chairman, Ben Bernanke, have suggested that the worst is over and we're heading out of this painful recession.

"Housing sales and offers being submitted are up more right now than they have been in quite some time. Homes are selling faster, home loan applications are up, buyers are more prepared & decisive, bidding wars and multiple offers are back!"
While every market is different, all indicators suggest that the housing sector has bottomed - or at the very least settled in the low -- and is on the rebound. Elaine added, "There are still no guarantees, but homes that are priced right now are selling fast and, in some areas, over the asking price. Buyers who have waited and watched the market are regaining confidence and writing offers -- competitive offers. Key housing indexes are showing positive growth in sales from month-to-month again, and it keeps getting better."
BUYERS TAKE NOTE: Housing prices are down to the low-levels before the bubble's high (2005/2006) -- but they won't stay this low forever. The still historic-low mortgage rates are not going be around forever either. First time tax credits are also still in place only until November, 2009 -- and that's free money in your pocket. So much is in the Buyer's corner right now.
