I recently received an email from someone looking for information on market conditions ,not today's market but the market 7 years into the future..... I do not have a Chrystal ball and have no knowledge of time travel .
I think that if anyone had such knowlege their market conditions would not be the same as everyone elses
The thing to remember in this market is to price ahead of the market do not put yourself in the position of chasing the market that game takes way too long to catch up to ,and in the end costs to much to play.
