Are You Tire Of The Overcrowded Conditions In Your Home?

By
Real Estate Agent with BCR Realtors 262359

If you are tired of living in a cramped home,  now is the time to buy! With some institutions offering rates below 5% on long term mortgages, and with some motivated sellers, this is a terrific time to make a move up to a little larger home that will give you the space you need. There is still time to take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit if you hurry! Just think more room to stretch your legs and antenna too!  Your live- in ant  aunt could have her own bedroom!

Trey I take it if you purchase a home in College Station it comes with an add-on. I think I would prefer no ants, thank you very much. I agree with Judi, I would want Trey Thurmond to be my realtor of choice if I were purchasing a home in College Station, Texas.

You know, we could learn a lot from an ant. They work together, they work hard, and they are always moving forward.
