Strawberry Hollow Lot For Sale
Some clients of mine came up this weekend and wanted to look at all lots in Strawberry Hollow. They have a vision of building a log cabin large to gather the entire family on holidays.
So I began pulling all the listings in the subdivision along with plat maps and County records on the property. There are only six for sale, so it didn't take very long. But the thing that began to take shap in my mind was how one property was like a little jewel, sparkling so much brighter than the others.
The perfect view, tall pines on the lot and located on a cul-de-sac. And priced at only $130,000 it did appear to be priced competatively. And such an easy build...OK, maybe I should buy it myself.
