Sandy, Good luck with this property. The Sierra foothills are goregeous and this looks like a fabulous setting. Just curious - what is the asking price? In my part of the Sierra foothills, when you say "Contractor's dream" that means fixer or unfinished - is that the case with this home?

Kathie- This house is move in ready the comment on Contractor's dream was in-plying that it has a large garage. Price is $625,000.00

Sandra - Seems like a great price for such large acreage and a grand house. I sometimes get asked about other foothill communities so will definitely keep you and this house in mind. Good Luck.
