WHY SHOULD YOU STILL PAY FULL COMMISSION ?

These are tough times for sellers in Murphy, North Carolina.  And up till now, you haven't had any choices.  Either you pay a big commission to get your property sold or you put up a "By owner" sign, run an ad and hope a buyer calls or drives by.

Here's the good news - change has come to the real estate business in Murphy!  We're offering a program that can save you thousands of dollars when your property sells.

It's a flat rate listing fee - one set price no matter how much your property sells for.  The more expensive your property is, the more you'll save.  On a $200,000 house, you can SAVE $6,000 OR MORE!

Research shows that over 95% of buyers now start their search on the Internet.  Most even choose their property on-line before ever seeing it in person.

So why pay for those  expensive newspaper and magazine ads and billboards that promote the other companies and their agents but aren't helping to sell YOUR property?

We offer Internet exposure on Realtor.com, the local MLS, all the major real estate sites, links to our website for more information, professional quality color flyers and more.  But YOU stay in control - choose the marketing you want and negotiate directly with interested buyers and their agents to get the best price.

Visit our website at www.Countryhomesnc.com to see how we market our listings, then give us a call at 828-837-9989.  You have nothing to lose - and THOUSANDS to gain!

Hi Kate.  Yours is the second flat-fee blog I've happened upon today.  I am curious to know - do you find that you get more listings this way?  I am open minded enough to realize that a change in the real estate paradigm may be necessary and wondering if flat fee is truly the way to go.  Just curious!
