This was a whole street in which an artist lives and uses anything to create his work and yes, even uses the tree. Anyone who lived on the street was happy to have him decorate their home... Anybody want to comp this one?
Yes, that is a hood of car and even the little motorized car on the roof. This was in Detroit about 12 years ago.
