- Decks are to be built with composite decking material. This gives you beauty of wood without the hassels.
- Hand rails will be of vinyl or wrought iron.
- All Lots are 1+ acres starting at $60,000. For availability contact me, we currently have several lots reserved.
- Homes are to have 2+ car garages. Garages will be insulated, sheetrocked and painted.
- Roof shingles will be 3 dimensional dark charcoal color. This gives the neighborhood uniformity.
- Beautiful landscaped entrance with two large brick and iron entrance signs. The sign will be of marble with gold accents.
- Roads will be paved 4" thick for additional stability.
- Driveways and sidewalks will be paved in concrete.
- $1,000 Landscaping expense per house.

Another option that an interested customer may want to do is to submit their own plans. We have had several people give us their dream home plans or a plan that they found on the internet for pricing which we will be happy to do. If you are in agreement with the price, you may purchase several copies of the plan for the builder and we can then find a beautiful lot to build.
