I want to Fly

To drift through the air. The wind choosing my direction as my heart finds my destiny.

Above me the glorious sun and far below me the thoughts of yesterday.

To look beyond my time into the whole of eternity.

Living for a moment my dream of freedom. Untethered to the course of mankind.

To Fall with grace until my feet find the hard earth once again.

Touching the clouds and watching the sun etch the rounded horizon from memory.

This is my day. This is my time and this is my unstolen moment.

No. I am going to go with my daughter when she turns 18, 1 year from now. It scares my husband to death so I think we will go and then tell him. It has been my dream for years. I can't wait. I just hate scaring my family-Dinah Lee

Dinah...I would to fly like a bird. Even at my age I would try it, except for a back injury I have that makes trying this very Stupid and dangerous.

I read your posts everyday. I love the pictures you post. It makes me miss my home alot but lets me know it's still the wonderfully beautiful place I left and someday will go back to.
