STAGING YOUR HOME IS ALWAYS LESS THAN YOUR FIRST PRICE REDUCTION

By
Home Stager with Stage with Divine Style - Home Staging

When your home goes on the market you want it to be the best looking product for the best price, because you never get a second chance to make a great first impression.

With 87% of today's savvy buyers searching on the internet to find a home you will want your photos to look great and stand out.  You want your home to be:

IMPRESSIVE

IMPACTFUL

INSPIRING

According to the statistics on Stagedhomes.com 94.8 percent of ASP/ASPM Staged homes sell on average in 37 days or less versus 182 days on market for non-staged homes.

So if you are listing and selling your home in today's market you want to stand out so your home will sell faster and for more money!

How does selling your home faster translate into $$$ and time to you?  Do you want your home to set there or move quickly?

Staging your home is always less than your first price reduction.  A 300k house at a 5% price reduction would be 15k a 10% price reduction would be 30k.  Stage your home to get the best first impression.

Stage with Divine Style is here to help you make a lasting impression!  So let our Creative Team help your home to look:

IMPRESSIVE

IMPACTFUL

INSPIRING

Detail your home (your largest investment) like you would detail your car if you were selling it.  If you want your home to Shine and Sell, detail now with Stage with Divine Style.  Call us at 877.267.4649.  We are dedicated to making your life easier and assisting you in realizing your dreams.

Linda, very well said.  If you don't mind I may borrow that phrase when I come upon some homes that need staging services.

Linda, since you mentioned photos being so important, who are you using to take yours to maximize the effectiveness of your staging?

Ed,  I couldn't agree with you more.  The Art of Staging is creating that Master Piece that captivates the buyer.  It's much more than furniture placement alone.

Barbara,  Thanks for re-bloging this.  I hope it will help more sellers and Real Estate Professionals to see the importance of Staging (Preparing your home for sale) before it goes on the market, to maximize the first impact with the buyers.

Gabe,  Please use the phrase as much as you would like.  I was personally trained as an Accredited Staging Professional MASTER by the Founder and CEO of Stagedhomes.com, Barb Schwarz.  The sayings are hers.  She has come up with helpful sayings to help educate the public with the effectiveness of Home Staging.  Thanks for the comment.

Andrew,  I have seen your work and commented on your blogs before.  Your work is STUNNING!!!  I have not found anyone who's work I absolutely love.  I am fortunate to have some of the Realtor's I work with use a Professional Photographer so that the photo's look great for the Real Estate Magazines and online photos.  I wish you were here in the Bay Area!  Do you know someone in the San Francisco Bay that you could recommend?  Thanks for asking the question!

I'm always alarmed at how agents can so easily recommend a seller reduce their price $10,000 but don't inform the seller of the option of staging which costs a fraction of that price.

Michele,  We are very fortunate to see and understand the benefits of Staging...the next step is to help educate the public.  Thanks to a lot of Media coverage today I feel that sellers are becoming more aware of Staging and how it can translate into more dollars for them.  Thanks for the comment and thanks for stopping by.

We are doing the staging battle everyday here in Michigan.

The market is slow but my statistics show that staging works.

I just need to get my clients to go along with it

Virginia,  Yes it seems that our job as Stagers is to continue to educate the public.  I am getting more and more calls these days from the homeowners who want their homes Staged even before the Realtor is on board.  Are you finding that as well?
