This is a remarkable condominium in Downtown Austin at the Five55 #713.  During my open house this past weekend, I asked the visitors how this property compared to other downtown condos they previewed.  Each couple had the same remarks -- more spacious, finer finishes and did not feel like an apartment dwelling.

That seems like a great home and an incredible incentive.  Best wishes selling it.

Thank you Jim -- prospective buyers are loving the incentive.  I hope you and your business are doing well. How's the market in Hotlanta? I may want you to check on a listing there.  My brother-in-law listed a home he purchased for his daughter and they are having a rough time selling.  Look on your tax rolls for a Jon Cheverere.  Perhaps I can get him to list the property with you.  Anne in Austin
