Downtown Austin Condominium at a Wow Price with $14,000 to Buyer's Closing Cost

This is a remarkable condominium in Downtown Austin at the Five55 #713. During my open house this past weekend, I asked the visitors how this property compared to other downtown condos they previewed. Each couple had the same remarks -- more spacious, finer finishes and did not feel like an apartment dwelling.

My brother-in-law listed a home he purchased for his daughter and they are having a rough time selling. Look on your tax rolls for a Jon Cheverere.
