Have you noticed?

Thank goodness! Things have really picked up - and that has been consistent for 5 or 6 months.  SO perhaps, we really are turning a corner! For all you realtors out there, be aware LOTS of changes coming up in the loan process, and especially at funding.  So talk toyour mortgage brokers and escrow friends.  Things have already been changing but Jan 1 will bring a reall big difference!  If you are a realtor in the Los Angeles area, make us part of your team.  Each deal is precious and we know it - so we will take great care of you and your clients.  Hope the year end rush happens for all of us!
