change in our real estate industry.
Agents, do your Broker a favor. Print this off and hand it to him/her and ask them how you can help take them move the company into the 21st century. It’s your future, wouldn’t you agree?
There is a conflicting message in these questions. Everything should be focused on the consumer experience (consumer centric model). When you mix agent-centric concepts with consumer-centric concepts you begin to let the animals run the zoo. Many successful brokerages have imploded because they couldn't get away from the agent-centric models of the past.
Martin, each question can be conflicting depending on the model, I agree. However we have conflicting models in our business. That's why I put it in question form. They can be answered true or false. I would agree that the "consumer centric" model will win in the end, however our industry has a ways to go with more education, mindset change, and buying into the new tools of the trade to accomplish that.
Nice Post. I'll echo Liz's comment that my company isin't up to snuff on number one either.
