I thought it might be a good idea to help you all get over your addiction
by forming the group

Social Media Addicts Anonymous
Meeting times are as follows:
Every Monday night or as often as you feel you need to come
From 7-9 (but I will go until midnight if necessary)
Goal:
You must go a full 24 hours without engaging in social media (being sick does NOT count. You must be in good health and choose to not engage!
Do not try to post something anonymously. There are many eyes out there. You will get caught.
If you do cheat during your 24 hour hiatus, you must repeat the course.

Do not sign up on any new sites during this time as I have connections all over the world and constant e-mail and google alerts that will catch you.
