Every year we, including myself, begin making list of New Year's resolutions and 1 always seem to be...lose weight. We start that workout, lose a pounds by summer and every thing goes out the window when the holidays roll around. Well I have a few tips to keep those pounds away this year.
1. You have to EAT!! Please do not skip meals or eat quick snack foods. Keep fruit, raw veggies, nutrition bars or cereal near by if you become hungry between meals
2. Exercise at least 10-15 mins a day. I know we are all busy but I promise you can find 3 mins to run in place for just to get that heart rate up a little or walk up and down your stair a few times. Do at least 10 sit-ups and 10 push ups , YOU'RE DONE!!
3. Get Plenty of Rest everyday to stay alert. Sleep helps to rebuild your immune, metabolism and nervous systems to help you clearly function throughout the day.
4. Stay stress free and relax
