4. Difficulty in Purchaser Negotiations. Owners inexperienced in real estate transactions can and frequently do encounter difficulties in negotiating concessions, price, repairs, and other matters, which may lose a qualifiied prospect. The broker, as the professsional go-between, is in far better position to handle negotiations that will lead to a sale.
