Managing Real Estate Broker with Full Circle Property Management

There are many people that would like to learn about buying an investment property, but where do you learn? You can go online and learn, or join a club, but many times they have a hidden agenda to promote themselves and their property. That might lead people to a biased approach.

I may have a solution for you! We offer a class at Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio that is called Real Estate Investing, a beginning class to teach all about real estate investing. For winter quarter, starting January 4, it is offered on the main campus on Tuesday nights. If you are not located in Columbus, it is also taught as an online class. It is worth 3 quarter hours, and transfers to most colleges.

We teach the basics of investing, what to look for, how to evaluate property, what financila numbers you should be calculating, and how to negotiate with sellers. We also look at ways to add value to properties, and how to build your investment team. It is an 11 week class and very comprehensive and well worth the low price!

Find out more details at www.cscc.edu. Since it is a community college, we have the lowest tuition in the state and this is a very good class. Hurry, it normally sells out fast!

With all that is out there one would be hardpressed to not find out a lot on the subject. But having been an investor for almost 20 years it is the house of hard knock that I have learned the most.
