Am I by myself, or has anyone else had frustrations on having multiple qualified buyers, that are competing with the same "old, stale" listings, REO's, etc that are on the market? It's time for the banks to release some forclosed inventory, so we can HAVE some inventory. Sellers are competing with these "tired properties". Let's get America's real estate moving again, and help pump some money into the economy. We need to eat too!

I totally agree! I must have 5-7 buyers that are looking in the lower end price range, ready to purchase anytime, but haven't seen anything new!
