Lasvegasmtg.comlasvegasmtg.com Report: How do you build a Realtor relationship in Las Vegas, Nevada? This is the question of the day and I would appreciate any comments or opinions. I know that a lot of the makings of a business relationship is based on personalities and common interests, but that develops ususally after the first contact.

What attributes in a loan officer are Realtors in Las Vegas, Nevada looking for when they are seeking a loan officer to have as their preferred lender?

I have asked my group of Realtors in Las Vegas that I work closely with and the number one answer was;

  1. Accessibility

Accessibility to answer the phone and return calls in a timely manner was the number one answer and was the most frustrating complaint from Realtors in Las Vegas, Nevada.

   Communications   2. Communication.

Realtors in Las Vegas, Nevada also rated very highly Communication Skills. The ability to communicate with all parties related to the transaction. Communicate in a manner that the Real Estate Agents are confident the transaction will close. All parties informed of each milestone attained during the loan process. Respond quickly to items that are needed to move forward with as little delay as possible.

     3. Honest and Integrity.

Realtors in  Las Vegas, Nevada want in their team a loan officer to be honest when problems occur and not be blindsided when it happens or blame others. Realtors in Las Vegas, Nevada want their loan officer to have the same core values that they uphold and the integrity to be associated with their name. How do you measure integrity? I believe that a true measure of ones integrity is from Realtors and Clients customer satisfaction reviews for service. I have used a third party service to track these reviews and the customer has to log in to make a honest and objective review.

These are the three reasons that I have been told why I have been selected as a preferred lender. I would like to know what are Professional Realtor's looking for when they select a loan Officer? Are there other criteria that will influence you more then the ones listed above? Please leave comments and opinions on what you are looking for in a loan officer so that I may develop a better understanding of the needs of a Professional Realtor.
