It is a bluff top estate with views of the San Clemente Pier, Dana Point, and Catalina Island. It is a 6,900 sq. ft. home with 5 bedrooms and 8 baths. Although it was built in 1954, the home was completely remodeled in 2005.
The average list price of a single family detached home in San Clemente in 2009 was $870,552 and the average sold price was $829,477. The average list price per square foot was $341.73 and the average sold price per square foot was $320.99.
The average days on market for a single family detached home in San Clemente in 2009 was 108 days.
