I know that everyone my now has a heard a lot of talk about the stimulus package both for first time home buyers and existing home owners who are wanting to purchase. This is the greatest time to buy or sell is so true and if you ask me I would say that it is not going to get any better. All the chatter that I am hearing in the circles are that the interest rates are going to go up. I am not a alarmist nor am I negative person actually my nature is to be very positive. But i do not bury my head in the sand either. The reality is that the interest rates will begin to rise, the question is when and where will they settle in at. No one including me knows the answer to those questions.
