I am of the opinion that Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae need to become equitalble in their placement of listing with Brokers in all areas. My experience is that while we are all asked (if you signed up) to provide BPO's, the listing always goes to the same Brokerage Firm.
We were all participants in their bailouts and we need to share in their listings. How do the rest of you feel about this?
