It was -1 here last night. I think it just warmed up to 10 degrees. Already went out and put a sign up at a new listing and it actually went in the ground! Hit one completely iced over road but my 4-wheel drive got me out of there no problem!
I am having an Open House tomorrow from 12-3 p.m. at #3 Huntley Lane in Bella Vista. Just take 340 West until you see Huntley on the left from hwy 71.
I know its freezing but if a buyer comes by in this weather you know they're serious! So that is what my goal is tomorrow.
And there will be plenty of hot coffee!
